　On August 28, Ambassador Maruyama paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Robert Morgan, MP, JP, Minister of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development with Responsibility for Works. They exchanged views on Japan–Jamaica relations, Jamaica’s ongoing infrastructure development and disaster recovery efforts, as well as potential areas of cooperation, including the sharing of Japan’s experience and expertise in resilient infrastructure.
