On August 27, Ambassador Maruyama met with Ms. Kathryn Silvera, President of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA). They exchanged views on Jamaica’s manufacturing and export sectors, opportunities to expand trade and business ties between Japan and Jamaica, and ways to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries, including by promoting greater engagement between the private sectors.
