Ambassador Maruyama’s Meeting with Past Presidents and Executive Members of JETAA JA (18 June 2026)

　On June 18^th, Ambassador Maruyama met with past Presidents and the current executive members of the JET Alumni Association of Jamaica (JETAA JA).
　It was an evening to celebrate the very important role that JETAA JA continues to play by helping us to connect the people of Jamaica with the people of Japan at the grassroots level.
　We exchanged views on education systems in our countries and discussed a way forward as we celebrate 25 years of the JET Programme in Jamaica next year.
