Japan/JICA's Emergency Assistance to Jamaica

The Government of Japan decided to provide emergency relief goods (tents, sleeping pads, portable jerry cans, etc) through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to support the people affected by Hurricane Beryl in light of the humanitarian perspective and the traditional friendship between Japan and Jamaica. The handover ceremony for the emergency relief goods to the Government of Jamaica was held on July 15.
