In the case of an application with a Certificate of Eligibility, it usually takes 3 - 5 business days to process an application.

Each applicant must submit the following documents:
- A valid passport with at least 2 facing blank pages
- One 45mm x 35mm size photograph taken within the last 6 months
- A completed and signed visa application form. Blank forms are available at Japanese Embassy Offices or you may use the downloadable Visa Application Form.
- A Certificate of Eligibility (What is a Certificate of Eligibility?) You may also contact the local Immigration Center for more information.
