  • Calendar Exhibition 2015

    On Saturday, January 24, 2015, the Embassy of Japan hosted "the Japanese Calendar Exhibition 2015" at the Hotel Four Seasons in Kingston. In addition to beautiful Japanese Calendar Exhibition, visitors enjoyed various Japanese cultural activities and demonstrations. More than 400 people joined this event.   • Abeya Tsugaru Shamisen Concerts and Workshop

    On October2-4, 2014, Abeya Tsugaru Shamisen (Japanese lute) concerts and workshop were held in Jamaica in celebration of Japan-Jamaica 50th aniversary of diplomatic relations and Japan-CARICOM Frienship Year.   • 50th Anniversary of Tokyo Olympic Games Reception hosted by Jamaica Olympic Association

    On Friday, October 10th, Jamaica Olympic Association hosted a 50 years Anniversary of Tokyo Olympic Games at JOA office in Kingston.     On Saturday, March 8, 2014, the Embassy of Japan and Japan Festival Committee hosted "Japan Festival Celebrating Jamaica & Japan 50 Years Relationship" at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre. More than 5,000 people joined to celebrate.
